How is it more of a challenge? they picked the M3 as it's got a load of grunt. But it's a heavy old dog!
Takes just as much skill to take something lighter round the track like the amuse s2000 or an elise as it does to take a m3 round, but it's just more an enjoyable drive rather than understeer everywhere.
I did a scrappy Quick Tune lap in the M3 as well - and got a 7 mins 29... but it was a shit lap, because the lighter I made the M3 the less grip it had and the more it slid about without traction control

I bet if I had spent fucking ages to beat your 7:41, you'd have just cheated again... You probably soup up a car, drive round and then sit at the start line waiting for the clock and then drive over just so you can get a picture that's a second quicker or whatever. I'd do the wanker emotion but I don't know what to do for it.

Yes sadly I did... But when someone lays down a challenge, I want to beat them.
but if he did it in a car with 765 bhp! I did a 6 minute 42 in my porsche with only 515 bhp round the nurburg.

chill man, i was only messing with you! You think im stupid enough to photoshop the BMW M3 '04 339bhp 1570kg and leave the power bit at the top
i did a lap in some daft Jap touring car thing, sideways through most corners etc crossed the line and it was just a bit quicker than your M3 lap so i photoshoped the car name in It sounds like you nearly fell for it, sorry

Yeh but you have to realise I spent most of my saturday (which I could of been doing my coursework) - trying to beat your 7:46! ... It took me hours to get that 7:42!
The amount of times, I did the lap then made a slight error in a corner where I knew I'd gone quicker - so had to restart the lap.
It took me hours - so I'm a bit miffed that I wasted my time. You guys say 'chill out', 'don't take it so seriously' - but you wern't the ones that were retrying the lap again and again.
