I saw one in Coalville the other day when I was looking at TD's but it had a crack in the bumper and the garage looked abit dodgy anyway

Was it a tiny forecourt opposite a pay and display?
The Td I looked at was £100 cheaper than the one I got but it was a year older. It had some weird wheels on, clock inside was bust, more seat was burnt off with fags etc than was actually left on it and for some reason when we were looking under bonnet there was a slice of bread in there

The Gti there was like a gold colour and the Td was blue?

By the way does this increase or decrease fuel economy as I've heard that some diesel tuning like chipping actually increases fuel economy aswell as performance?

really need a boost guage in me car as think im running too much boost and the intake temp is too high, as soon as ya turn the boost up you can hear the whistle of the turbo which is nice

Yeah if you turn it up too much you need a better cooling system like intercooler etc don't you. Maybee thats why your mpg has gone down a fair bit as you've turned boost up too much or something and don't have a gauge to check what it's running at

yeah thats what i am thinking, its turned up to the 1.5 turns on the acutor that was reccomended but i think it needs turning back a little more or there is too much or too little fuel. Starting to get to grips with these cars now, give ya self a day to do the torsion bars they are a bastard to unsieze

Does your back sit lower than the front now then or have you lowered that aswell?
Heard the torsion bars are pretty tricky to do but I'll have a look some time. Is yours on standard wheels? Email me some pics if you got any
