but there are faults lol!
we just went out for a play, bit of fun, also took out a standardish 1.4 sport. woke some lorry drivers up and buggered off

Think it might be better to do a full 1/4mile run, just looking at the g-meter.

That way you'll see 0-60 and the 1/4 with terminal, and would give you a much better idea of perf.

think ill try some 1/4 miles with it and see what i get. also id like to think my car is a little lighter than 1000KG. interesting stuff tho!

A stock GSi is 960kg for your information.

We need to weigh our interior stuff to see how much we have lost. I would estimate somewhere between the 20-30kg mark. Although the rear wiper motors must have been a 1kg

Good stuff!!! I think a tuned 1.6 is the way forward with Corsas!

Haha, like you say, even if you would have come on and said your 0-60 time was 18.76 seconds someone would say "looks more like 19.1 to me" You'll always get it pal, worry not!!!

Dude if your back in time later fook the early night - mine and your car - 0-60 again and 1/4 mile.

Be interesting to see how the figures weigh up stock C16XE with modded X16XE.

Would be very very interesting im sure.

Oh and its on a 0.0023% downhill incline as well!

Id say closer to 11 seconds is probably more accurate.
