Vauxhall C20LET Phase I_ (260BHP) conversion
The Phase I conversion enables the driver to have 260BHP immediately._ It is based around a chip that is simply plugged into the Motronic ECU which changes the way the car boosts and fuels.
The power comes mainly from the change in boost pressure which is increased to 0.95 bar with a maximum overboost (surge of boost when pedal is applied fully after changing gear from high RPM's) of 1.3 bar (18.85 psi)._ The rev limiter is also raised to 7250RPM

Vauxhall C20LET Phase II_ (280BHP) conversion
The Phase II conversion is based on the same style of chip as the Phase I conversion but with the addition of a front mounted 8.1 Litre Intercooler and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator which should be set to 3.5 bar.
The intercooler is used to cool the air more efficientlly than the standard intercooler._ This enables more air to be forced into the cylinders at the same volume as a gas takes up less volume when it is colder, which combined with more fuel which is provided by a 3.5 bar Fuel Pressure regualtor._ This gives a total of 280BHP._ Also the RPM limit is now raised to 7350RPM.
