My rear disks are slowly being grinded away by the metal of the brake pad which is no longer a pad..

I've also just found a loose 'screw' dangling behind the rear brake disk. Dunno where it's from or what it's off because i can't get the wheel off to find out and i'm too fat to roll underneath..
