Any how does this reflect the SPL. Rangers and Celtic are full of foreigners anyway.
Look at most teams in Any league and they are full of foreigners...
Rangers and Celtic arent the only team in the SPL to have foreigners but they do have more than the rest this is because...
1) There is hardly any youngsters of great talent coming through the youth Squads, and teasm are lookign elsewhere
2) the Youth Set up is not as strong as England due to Scotlands lack of population
3) the Financial backing of Scottish teams is pennies compared to the rest of the worlds teams!
I feel Scottish football has come along way in the last few Seasons, Celtic have made it to Seville, and the National team is at a turning point... Only way we can go is up.. dont think theres many more places for us to slip too in the Fifa Rankings we're near the bottom already
