Highsports are zinc plated, Silverlines are polished stainless steel. Mine haven't rusted.

Can anyone tell me exactly what the highsport kit lowers by on a corsa b?

high sport - unsure but mines wond down all the way on the back with no interior so id say about 50mm maximum at the back, with interior obv this will look lower, and the fronts oo about 75mm maximum, mine arent even half way

I'd say more, especially at the back. I've had a 60/40 spring kit on before and the tyres had a slight gap at the rear arch. With FK's wound down to the plate (cheers Dan ) the arch was level with the rim of the wheel.

Fronts are pretty much the same, 60/40 and the tyres cleared the arches on driving but under heavy braking they caught.
With FK's it could be wound right down so the wheels couldn't be turned more than a few inches into the arch.
