We have a infestation problem at present with lots of bogus users.
The admin team need people like me and Steve to weed these people out, people who have their ears to the ground and would not abuse their authority

Maybe so people BUT hasn't it been running better than ever recently ?
We can neer seem to win, when we are on the case and deleting post's and banning people you moan & when we take a "back step" and let things flow you then think we aren't doing our jobs.

It's just the same as ever. Too much shit in the wrong place. Only difference is some of the shit doesn't get deleted now, therefore users don't complain anymore..
Do the job properly, then you would win. You may get abuse initially, but people would soon get used to the change. As a moderator, you should know how to deal with this kind of reaction anyway.
(Not having a go at you personally, just the moderation process as a whole...)

banning steve was a bad moderating decision, you should not get rid of pivotel members of the forum, thats like barring the locals from a pub

*Bend over...*
I don't thik we need new mods.
However, if Ian decides to appoint any new ones I feel me, Willay, Kerry & Brad would be good options
