Cheers Sassy, Hopefully this one will have leccy mirrors, if not then I'll retro fit them - no biggy really.
As for the 'Lady owners can thrash a car and not service it' gang - yes lady drivers can thrash cars, but by and large you have to agree that a car is more likely to of been thrashed by a young/middle aged male, then a young girl, then a middle aged woman and finally old people - so the chances are that this one hasn't been ragged, I'm not saying it's certain not to of been abused but the chances are low.
And as for not servicing it - it's got a full service history with it or I'd never entertain going to look at a GSI with that mileage (107k).
If the rest of the car checks out and the B pillar cracks are minimal then I expect I'll have it.
Danny, your car will still be red though!

I don't think eletric mirrors are something you need to worry about, it's not like you spend all day adjusting them.

They are heated tho it makes a big difference when it rains and when its icy
