A Corsa B, currently 1.2 8v, I'm waiting for an inner CV to arrive so that when I get back from Max Power live I can fit my re-conditioned 2.0 16v engine.

I would take a CTR anyday over your car...

What that I would prefer a quick new car which was standard over a older corsa b

Yeah that I am sensible...

Its not a personal attack on Ed...but I hate the way people are quick to put other cars down without either owning one or taking a look at there own car first...

To put it differently if you were offered a free CTR or Ed's Corsa which would you take?

Maybe he would prefer a similarly priced car that wasn't a CTR or a Jap car. Ya know that the Germans are pretty good at building cars.

Nope...

Not being a tosser...just think people should not be as quick to put down cars that are better ( according to a reasonable person) than there own...

the CTR is a mater of taste... personally i dont like jap cars unless there RWD but having said that a CTR or an ITR more so would be in my top 10 garage if i had the money...

skinz... to say they go like shit is a bit silly... maybe not as fast as a 2.0 TB'ed corsa... but there still quick...

no they are crap in relation to what people make them out to be, the cars themselves are ok if you think of them as a reliable, nippy breadvan, not jap beasts as seems to be the perception by most owners

why just RWD?

the GTR's are rear bias till you start till loose it. It the shifts power/torque to the front wheels...
