Took them over a month to take my statement when i was victim of road rage. I had 4 witnesses, 1 of them still hasn't been able to make a statement yet.
At times like that it's natural to panic and try to get away quickly without thinking of taking number plates etc.. 
Fortunate in the fact that it was only £50 worth of damage and hopefully the personal injury will heal without scarring.

really if u hadnt have beeped ur horn at him, u wudnt have provoked him, resulting in ur car and u being ok

No if you had blood and wanted to compare it with that on the window you could, but you can't take blood and query a database somewhere, such a facility does not exist.

I was meant to be doing over time at work on treble time at £6.79 an hour for an 8 hour shift, so unfurtantly its not only the cost of the window ive lost out on
