Pay the loan off, being debt is shit. Wait and save for a new car that you can buy in full without any loans

Pay off the loan, but save up for the car you really want before moving in with your lass.
I plan on buying things i dont need, but want because they're fun before getting a house and spending all my money on bills

I had plans for the corsa I had but paying rent and living away from home is financially crippling ... it's not just rent, you have bills and council tax on top .. plus all those things you don't plan for (like a timing belt snapping on the motorway )
... if you want the nice car save pay off your debt, then save for the car and finally move out

£16k? Is that all?

I now drive an L Reg Corsa B LS 1.4 which has done over 100000 miles
I'm saving up for the Cupra, which, come december ish time I should be able to pick up for 6k with a bit of luck and haggling.
no debt

Will be lucky to be moved in by christmas to be honest. You never know though.
How much would you recommend saving up for moving in (rent in a fully furnished place). I'm thinking 2 lots of rent and say maybe another grand for things that maybe need replacing or we don't like.
