i draw the timber frames (every single piece of wood and every joint/cuts on each bits) on the pc with a CAD program, then i put the 3D model on a disk and give it to the workshop who stick the disc in a MASSIVE machine, loads of wood at one end, then it cuts each bit and label each piece

at it comes out like a bit model kit, i have to draw the instructions too, about 200 2D drawings normally, although pc works most of it out, i just have to check em.

and do lots of other stuff, like surveys, meeting the clients and discussing job, building regs applications, etc


yes the people who buy em all seem to have footballer style wifes

had some famous clients too

I wouldnt feel safe to be in that house knowing it had been designed by the strange hand of 3Corsameal!!!
