estimate from noble was this calculation:

bhp@wheels +10bhp /0.9= bhp at flywheel.

so 141.5 +10 / 0.9 = 168.

why does your spec say "rebuilt X16XE"

and the graph says "C16XE"??

and where is all the torque?

darren at noble assumed it was a c16 as it was in a gsi.

bhp is worked out from torque so it may apply...

he has htrottle bodies so a high limit is to be expected, i had a lexmual inlet which people say is only for mid range..... pahhh

feels great

had 3 weeks of hassle, borrowing the girlfriends car etc... but was all worth it. pulls so well and sounds seems good on petrol as well, done 200 miles to £20 of optimax on the motorway home. not so good on the twisty stuff tho, guzzled £10 of petrol in no time. pleased to say i wiped the smile of my mates face (he owns a 172). nothing between the two really apart from mine is so much more responsive.

rev limit is 7500.
