side mounts are a bloody nightmare!! Ive done one of mine(pass side) and started the drivers side this morning, just need to drill a hole, will be about an hours work in total, just to fit a bloody seat, less if your good at stuff like that!

here's a few of the parts i've bought recently for the rebuild:

turbo technics hybrid


quaife diff.


magnecor kv85 leads


mocal oil cooler


opel metal plug cover


m-tech f28 kit


m-tech rear disc kit


irmscher rear lights (unsure if im going to use these yet)


late sport rear doorcards (still need front ones if anyone has for sale)


calibra 6-speed gear knob


new s/s rocker cover and plug cover bolts


brand new centre cap


gaiter (old one was broken)


chrome bonnet hinge,spring, catch and boot catch


opel grille badge


opel steering wheel horn cover


another spare wheel and centre cap (now have 6)


new opel wheel badges


gm pollen filter


newly sprayed morette covers


have a few other bits like oil filter,sump gasket etc.....

will post up pics of the car this week when its good weather

took a few pics of the corsa today as its the first day in ages it isnt raining.first pics of it since coming back from bodyship last week.

semi smooth boot:





as you can see in pics, the bodyshop sprayed the whole mirror white, usually these the plain uncoloured bit on top , might get this put back to how it was, what you guys think?
also not sure on colour coded handles, i had them plain before. got these sprayed to see if i liked it, have brand new lockless ones to go on later, not sure whether to spray them or leave them uncoloured.

this weeks job are:
-get windows refitted when new window seals arrive from vauxhall.
-waxoyl underneath
-plumb in new brake pipes
-hopefully send bits off for powdercoating.


also too a couple of pics of my van, bit dirty but never mind, new rear lights fitted the other day:

My bodyshop did the same with my mirrors, i couldnt ever decide so just left em


Did they miss some rust in the engine bay or is it just dirts? beneathe the steering rack?


looks awesome, boot is perfect and the boot floor looks so shiny
