I can't see you loosing your NCB from this, I mean if you apply logic to the situation her 'it wasnt my fault' stance will stand up as good as a fat kid standing on one leg.
I mean, you was in the right hand lane, and the LEFT hand side of your car is all gay-to-fuck. Surely he car must be scratched to shit too on the RIGHT side?

Im afraid Chris is right, as it wasnt a full on "accident" i.e we didnt go flying off the road etc, to other road users they might not have even noticed! My car didnt move when she hit me the noise wasnt even that loud.
Unfortunately its my word against hers. Its quite plain to see that shes in the wrong but if she makes a claim against me im fucked. No more subaru P1 ill be driving a diesel micra before the year is out. thus ruining my boyhood dream all because she didnt bother looking when going to overtake a car breaking highway code 241.
But i cant PROVE that i didnt randomly drive across her lane 
Simple diagnosis i was travelling faster than her, so i was in right hand lane, she saw a car in left hand lane who she wanted to overtake, whacked on her indicators (was suprised she bothered tbh) and just pulled into my lane to which unfortunately i was in 
Im so pissed off now.

Thats pretty obvious to me that shes in the wrong, the amount of times I've seen people do this because of the blind spot in the mirrors (thats if she did check her mirrors before moving) seeing people that are level with you is impossible unless you physically turn your neck to check, which a woman would not do.
Jambo, more bad news is that you are driving a modifed car, this already goes against you in the eyes of whoever as your are bound to be "irresponsible"

Would it be worth finding out if the bit of road you was on is covered by CCTV/Traffic cams?
