If you want to get rid of your rcycle bin the you just need to make a simple reg edit.

Go to your run command and type in regedit and then Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ Explorer\HideDesktopIcons\NewStartPanel

Then just click on {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} and then change the value to 1

I think you can remove all the icons apart from that one and that TweakUI can cause problems on your PC when you remove it.

I need an extended desktop on my PC at home, four though is just crazy! But still cool
