Right, time for the final details : PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

On saturday the 4th of Feb, we will meet between 7:30 and 7:45 at the seafront, somewhere around KJ's cafe. If you cant make it for this time, dont panic it isnt a problem. You can just come in and meet up with us later if thats your preference. We will proceed into the casino and new guests will need about 5 mins to complete a signup form and get a picture taken, in order for you to become a member. You dont have to become a member but it takes the same amount of time as it does to sign in as a guest, so its more than worthwhile and will save mega time should you go again.
If you cant make that time, or are running late and wish to meet us later, you are probably best getting a contact number of someone else attending, so you can phone and they can relay where we are at the casino, or meet you at the doors so we can all get together. The casino does get busy on a saturday hence why ive decided an earlier meet will be better.

Right, couple of rules :

You MUST bring photo id with you if you want to enter the casino, or if already a member, bring your card.
Please be aware of the betting rules should you wish to gamble, be sensible at tables and have fun.
Remember, if your going to drink, be sensible as a) if your a guest of a member your actions in the casino comes back on the member who signed you in and b) Police are everywhere at southend for the cruise so dont drink and drive.

This is my first go at organising a meet, i want it to run as smoothly as possible and i want everyone to have a good time, so sorry for the above lectures.

erm, good call.....

Ill call them tomorrow to see if there is actually a dress code..

Myself will be wearing jeans, shirt with smart jumper and a freshly polished pair of shoes. Im hoping the rugby will be on the big screen again too
