I dont think there is a Speedline of the Seat world I've yet to notice any real trend anyway.
I'm liking these for mine:
Pro Race 1's in 17's lowered 30mm
With the front looking like this:
Leon Cupra R splitter with colour coding.

i paid £6000 for mine.
wish it was £5000 lol.
Mines already had chip done, lowered etc running around 200-210 bhp.
Not sure on any figures though.
7.6 does seem a bit slow, but im comparing that to mine.
All round good gars, has lots of extra goodies
And the engines are sweet as a nut

The R's are rare.180 bhp standard.
they have
16" oz superturismo wheels
Brembo 4 pot brake set up
Chip of some sort.
You wouldnt get one under £7500 i dont think

I used to own one before the Leon R. Was an amazing car and the book figure is very missleading.
On the rollers at Stealth Racing 2 std Ibiza R's (1 of them mine) did 202bhp and 190 lb/ft. They aren't a slow car by any stretch of the imagination and if I am honest I miss mine as it was so much more fun to drive than the Leon.
The differences between the Cupra and the Cupra R are:
180bhp remap (200 actually!)
Brembo 4 pot Brakes and 305mm Ventend fronts
16" OZ Super T's
Lowered 11mm and stiffened 30%
Track Widend by offset of wheels due to brakes.
Different trim on seats with Seat Sport Logo
Blue Indicator Bulbs
Red Seat Belts
Battery and Oil Temp gauges in centre console
R Badges front and rear
IBIZA spaced out under boot handle in the middle
As for rarity, well there was only 200 ever made. I'm under the impression that 90 made it's way into the UK. 15 of which were/are used at rockingham race circuit for the track day learning cars.
Here's my old one:
As for prices, I sold mine for 7k with 40k on the clock and it was 3 1/2 years old.
Hope this helps. If you wanna know more, msn me....nobber_vimy@hotmail.com
Cheers
