How about we swap bonnets? You can have my normal one to drive up to Santa Pod with. I'll look after the Carbon Fibre one, you can be safe in the knowledge Stone Chips won't touch it

My 1.2 can't get above 30mph anyway

My dad has Armourfend (a clear film) on his cars, and it works perfectly.

Its a bugger to put on yourself, and it can cost a fair bit to get it put on professionally, but its worth it.

i know you paid a high price for your bonnet jamie, so the quality is 100% perfect but did it fit gay at first ??? (ie the bonnet spring wont quite go into the hole at the front, without the bonnet release catch being pulled?)

i think all bonnets are gay to fit to be honest mike, mine (same as jamies) was as tricky to fit as a standard one is

broster..... on my bonnet, there are bonnet pins which dont even look functional lol, hence why im trying to fit a spring lol
