jsuta quick question regarding these (my knowledge of seat is'nt great)
but has the new induction kit got a cold air feed for the output stage coil heatsink, we see alot off 1.8t with problems in at work where the owner has fitted a indcution kit, and these have no feed for the output stage, and they overheat
maybe something to think about

theres a output stage control (an amp) for the coils as such, they sit on a mount, and have a sepcial paste which cools it down
the only reason it gets cooled is because the airbox has a feed which cools it, when its removed alot of induction kits dont replace it, and the fry after a while

JR- Not sure I follow you but it was a straight swap. The airbox didn't have anything different to the induction kit. I followed some detailed instructions provided by Hurricane and nothing on there either.
Robbo - Yeah I know, i've only had the kit since october

Would love one of the Carbonio ones. Probably quite pricey though.

Also fitted some Xenon headlight bulbs which look real smart
so long as it gets a supply of cold air you don't need to RAM the air in.

True enough, but where the air feed is it doesnt get as much as it could with more feed.
