And you will be paying the loan off for how many years?
Effectively paying your insurance for year 1, and still in years 1,2 and 3 paying back.
Not a wise move imo.

should be on a higher wage soon though, so will pay off large amounts of loan now and again.
basically my insurance is going to be £200 a month ish.
if i get a loan, buy the car and pay off insurance, ill still only be paying £200 a month. which gives me a year to save up a big amount towards paying off loan.

Scoob - well if you saw the other thread regarding subarus, everyone was saying they need engine rebuilds at some point even with low mileage, and i just cant take that risk.

If an engine is poorly maintained it will wear prematurely... wheather its a Honda V-Tec system or a rotary engine from mazda...

I know you hate it when I come into your threads and abuse you, mike. But..
Wasn't the cheapest quote you could find for a 1.4 corsa £1900
How the hell are you gonna insure any kind of turbo? let alone a group 20 WRX at age 19 (I know you said you didnt want a scooby, but still..) with no ncb and a claim against you
