I said straight line though. 4WD does carry a weight penanlty, more friction, uses more fuel. remember this is a road car not a racing car.

See your point vibs, ive been using 2wd and my MPG i better than when 4x4 is engaged.

Awesome fun in 4x4 tho

Its on my list of things to get done this summer, so eventually, yes. In the mean time I think I'll just mash a few F20's first

I think a fast 4x4 is perfect in this country. Plenty of grip off the lights and round bends as its always wet and the condition of our roads are poor!

4x4 transmission loss sounds bad on paper but in the real world down a bumpy wet B road you would not even be able to notice it! Yeah 4x4 does add a bit of weight but at 1250kgs its still a light car, especially with 320bhp.
