How do you know that? If it has a service, pads and discs, shoes and cylinders, handbrake cables, plugs and leads, oil + filter, tyres, exhaust, springs and shockers. That would be more than £300?
It all depends on what work needs doing.

u havnt bin ripped off at all they get the hours of a program called autodata, u go 2 pretty much any garage and the only difference will b the price they add on parts n the actual labour rate

The labour rate is pretty expensive, other than that its not too bad. People always forget about the VAT that soon bumps up any bill.

its about 4hour job max (and thats taking it slow, lol) sure you can change the air filter, spark plugs , pollen, just get them to do a lube service just oil and filter n fuel rest you can do ,

doing the crank oil seal isnt difficult, especially when you are doing the timing belt.
unless it was at the gearbox end. that will have taken a while.

and engine flush is bad for your engine.
and i would question the labour time. i would have that lot done in 3.5 hours on my own without the aid of ramps etc...
