Hide drums at all costs, paint them black and do calipers gold.

Sound advise! I have black drums, didn't do the calipers as i didn't know where to paint so thought it best just to leave them.

theres not much room for error TBH, unless you start classing the disk as the caliper

You ever see the thread where the guy took his discs and calipers off, then just sprayed the whole lot, no masking nothing, all over brake surfaces?

Yeah, If I remember rightly, he sprayed them all red, then coated the braking surfaces of the discs in silver "to make them look more new"
