Oh, and yes living on own at mo..

Have intensions on renting one of my rooms out to a mate, however for the time being loving my own space..

Extra cash from renting a room would go towards new car

House is nice...think the furniture could be re-arranged a little...utilise the space better...

Corsa is excellent...

BMW is the best of the 3...absolutely immaculate..how much did it set him back?...

Never dont any work for Wimpy so cant speak for their quality. Some of the mass new build companies quality is a joke. Must be nice to be the 1st occupier though.....bit like having a new car

Same beemer as I had....no kit or electrics though!! Tell him to inspect the floor pans in the corner as I stuck a jack through mine :S

Not fair.

How comes all the chaps in the North all have their own houses by the age of seven?

How long has Surrey been in the north

If it makes you feel better I went to see George Wimpey about a new house and they ushered me to the office selling the sardine can flats when I mentioned I was paying for it myself

My geography is diabolical Ian.

I couldn't tell you whether Surrey was north, south, east or west.

I just saw Camberley in Painz' location and it sounded like it was in the North.

I checked his age in his profile and fumed instantly as yet another sub 25 year old CS member gets a house.

Probably just me, but 98% of CS members seem to be 20, come from slightly further afield than Watford, and all own their own palatial residence.

Cheers Ian, I think he's more southern than me.

Painz would probably view me as a Cider swilling, dungaree wearing, corn stalk chewing, tractor driving Northern Kentish hick/yokel.
