Yes it way off old trafford, but trying to get a site big enough in north london is pretty hard
no one in england could fill 73000 seats anyway apart from united matey, and you know it
[Edited on 12-05-2006 by Mike_Corsa]
I reckon Newcastle could.
Also, out of them 73,000 fans that go to Old Trafford, how many of them are "proper" fans. Every time i watch UTD on the telly and it pans to a crowd shot, all i seem to see is Chinese folk

Ill tell you waht I think.........I think that they will fill it easily.
yes i do, and no they wont. not every week at least. first few games yes
the waiting list for tickets is huge we wont have any problem filling it week in week out. there will be more chance to get hold of tickets for people like me

Because its a worldwide recognized club ...
with regards to newcastle, they could probably fill it 200,000 week in week out

Well i know for one thing that if I wanted to watch Huddersfield and I couldnt get a ticket because some bloke who has propably just come accross here on Holiday and propbs bought the ticket out in China or wherever and reckons that he "supports" them then I be highly pissed off.
I've got nothing against United fans, i've got a mate who supports UTD and follows them up and down the country, and all over Europe, it all the hangers on that reckon they support UTD, when in actuall fact they dont even know where Old Trafford is Even your own players have critisesed (sp) your fans in the past
In saying that most big premier league clubs have these types of "fans" these days

united had 69000 on for just a testimonial match the other day. no other club do get that for a friendly. especially when the biggest player isnt allowed to play.
btw. before anyone says it... yes we sold the rest of the tickets, its just people who couldnt make it or whatever

Dont need to compete with the budget, just the quality.
You need a clone of Arsene Wenger

I beg to differ once again, look at Newcastle for Alan Shearers, they could have sold that stadium out about 10 times over

weve done nothing since, our kids now arent in the same class as giggs, scholes, beckham etc. also we are wasting money on crap foreign players...... Park, Veron, Diarra (supposedly)
