so is it a 1.6 thats been turbo'd by a tuning company or is it a 1.6 turbo from the factory?

yes but a 4x4 rear mounted ls2 engine would be pure ace, especialy with bat wide arch kit, 18" comp mo's, clio v6 vents in rear arches, roll cage etc etc
