Mine has not started to bend the rubber seal yet and been on since Feb.

Not that hard to open, try opening your own without using the lip

If I can get hold of a fuel cap I can do them for any Vauxhall.

If you send me your fuel cap I can do it no problem or IF I can find one but not many C's in local scrap yards if any at all!

Can't see them sinking with hole covered with fibreglass and then just skimmed with filler on the top!

Mines been done nearly a year and has yet to change shape

If you try opening your fuel cap, without using the lip then you will see how it works.

Just either put your finger on the edge and pull it outwards or if you can get your nail in then just flick it outwards.

Thats best way I can think for you to see, its not as hard as you would imagine, never had any trouble with mine yet.
