did you try to fly backwards in reverse and then planned on snicking it into 1st and making it wheelspin but hit the bollard before you managed to get it in 1st

Basically it's this..
I pay £35/quarter for one of four parking spaces outside my office.
United Utilities knocked down the bolloards surrounding the 4 spot so they could do some maintenance work on the underground pipework. But they had a skip in place of the bollards so it was never a problem because only the key-holders (me  ) could get in still.
Well....last week, they finished the work and took the skip away, but never replaced the bollards.
So basically now anybody can just drive around the gate (which requires a key) and park there.
I arrived (very late) this morning and it was full of random cars so I had to park somewhere else.
Then I had the bright idea at lunch time to go and move my car where the bollards should be and block all the suckers without a key inside.
During this delicate process is when I reversed into the bollard and just walked away a huge grade A nob

I actually just went out to look at the bumper.
It really wasn't as bad as it sounded
Looks like the bollard was already bent, which meant it scraped the underside of the bumper rather then the bit you see.
it's a tiny scratch that'll "buff out"
