Have a look at a suzuki swift. they are 1.3 Turbo's and over 100bhp
Ive changed my mind now anyway, get the 1.3 rallye. Cheaper ins and slightly slower than the 1.6 but well worth it also lower tax bracket
Suzuki Swift is 100bhp but it is N/A not turbo

The 1.3 rallye come with high lift cams and raised rev limit as standard thast why they are 100bhp as standard.

My 2000 Ibiza has had 5 previous owners and recently sailed through its MOT first time and had no recommendations on its Service. Its not about how many owners its had.

106 rallye phase 1 100bhp@7200rpm
106 rallye phase 2 103 bhp@6500rpm
phase 2 is about .5 a second quicker to 60 than phase 1,phase 2 8.6 to 60
phase 2 had rear disc and power steering

i know which i'd go for
Thats complete rubbish.
S2 IS faster than the S1. Gets to 60 in the low 8's and isnt actually much slower than the GTI. S1's 0-60 is low 9's.

Go for it Rus, cracking cars when they work! Would be cool to see you at Rallye Register events. Not too keen on the mods though, its lowered far too much, splitter needs to go, could do with a pugsport exhaust. Not keen on the wheels either TBH. So basically I prefer originals but a Rallye is a Rallye and not worth a miss.
