Received mine in the post yesterday
I was told they were out of stock of the 3G sim cards but I got one in the box as well so that was good! I activated mine straight away and took 1 hour to work.
I upgraded mine on O2 Online and I got the phone for free?! I pay £30 a month so maybe thats why.
Its a good phone, got a great camera and flash on it. Only downer is that you don't get a M2 card.

I pay £20 a month and phone cost me £49.99
GF pays £25 a month and want her to pay £119.99
Taking the piss a bit if you ask me.
I didn't mind paying for the phone got the last one free and sold for £75 so money for this one and money towards memory stick.
Dave17, that pic makes me want to go home and sit in garden with a cider

Yep I paid £49.99 for the phone but I also got money for a new sealed K750i a couple of months ago so this paid for the phone and a new m2, screen protector and meal for 2
I pay £30 a month but have only been with O2 for a year. I did however haggle a 500 min / 500 text deal for that price and considering my first year contract is the same per month and is only 200 mins 50 texts. I didn't think it was too bad.
Also as someone had asked, the joystick is bigger and I believe is fitted with a new plastic washer to prevent dust penetrating. Something I think all SE services centres are now doing with the K750i. Although I had no problems with mine, as long as it was kept clean.
3G sim took under an hour to activate and move my number across. For people waiting hours try turning the phone off then on. It needs to lock back onto the network for the change.

Just waiting for my k800i to turn up now.
vowed never to go back to a joystick phone, as my k700i drove me crazy. however like the look and the features of the k800i, n80 is too big and bulk, and not keen on slide phones.
Blagged it for free, didnt want to at first so called cancellation department and tey said why you cancelling? said i couldnt get deal i wanted: 12 month, 200 mins any, 250 text, free phone, they caved in and cave it to me

You get about 71Mb on the phone memory but if you want more then you need to buy a M2 card.

I haven't yet activated my 3G Sim Card yet, don't know if I will bother we have poor signal around here so not much point!
Have to let me know the advantages etc when you get yours set up Dav
75 hours later and counting, still not been activated
Phone O2 yet again this afternoon. Got the usual apologies and promises blah blah etc, been handed onto a senior manager as priority case. How hard is it to activate a sim card?! Gave me an extra £15 credit on the 3G sim for my hassell... gee thanks, and how do I access that?!
I've always been loyal to BT Cellnet and O2 but this has got me wondering if I should change networks now

3g are utter wank though, or everyone would be on with them with those kind of deals!
I've just blagged mine, got the 500 mins and 500 messages, 20 quid a month, 79 quid for phone but with first month line rental free so 59 quid. Thats with o2 so i will actually be able to use my free minutes.

I have only just noticed this phone. I have 3 months to go on my existing contract but my phone is full of sand and half the buttons dont work so might have to give o2 a call and hammer out a deal with them.
