Well like i said is a 1600 16v motor with a T3/T3 hybrid on and makes 205kw and 324 nm of torque on the wheels

that is a lot of torque from a 1600 engine..

whats 205kw in BHP?

Thats a lot of power from a 1.6, obviously it aint just a bolt on job, what else have you done???

doesnt seem a great amount of boost to get that kind of power, mine only runs 21psi too

yeah i know its not all about psi,. i worded that badly, i mean for a 1.6 to get that kind of power will need a lot of mods, including higher boost than 21psi IMO

Thanks guys...

The car had stock internals for over 2 years( stock pistons and rods) until it broke on wednesday night. THe head bolts strech which allows the head to come up abit. There for the car blows a head gasket and detonation becomes a problem. So it detonated and cracked the oil glands on 2 pistons so now getting Arias forged pistons to stick in the motor.

Yes the car is only running 1.5 bar boost. the turbo has special wheels in it. Got a Turbonetics ceramic stage 2 shaft and a to4b 58mm trim compressor wheel in the front with a 60 air ratio B flow compressor cover.

The car has been running now for 2 years as a everyday car and this week its the first time it broke.. detonation happened and it now broke 2 pistons

hehehehe thats the fun part... it looks like a sleeper and they dont expect it. I have smacked E36 M3, E46 M3, Golf 5 Gti, Subaru WRX STI, and lots of other modified cars. Golf 2 2.0 16v turbo, Golf 3 2.0 16v turbo, Opel Opc, Opel Astra Coupe and the list goes on

absolutely stunning car, just get it on some shadow chrome Porsche wheels 16v head on 8v block, how well did that line up? oil passages?
