yeah i know its not all about psi,. i worded that badly, i mean for a 1.6 to get that kind of power will need a lot of mods, including higher boost than 21psi IMO

Thanks guys...
The car had stock internals for over 2 years( stock pistons and rods) until it broke on wednesday night. THe head bolts strech which allows the head to come up abit. There for the car blows a head gasket and detonation becomes a problem. So it detonated and cracked the oil glands on 2 pistons so now getting Arias forged pistons to stick in the motor.
Yes the car is only running 1.5 bar boost. the turbo has special wheels in it. Got a Turbonetics ceramic stage 2 shaft and a to4b 58mm trim compressor wheel in the front with a 60 air ratio B flow compressor cover.

The car has been running now for 2 years as a everyday car and this week its the first time it broke.. detonation happened and it now broke 2 pistons
