Yep, they will need to obtain a safety certificate before allowing 90,000 fans in for the FA Cup Final. So they'll have something there before the Cup Final.
Ysesh must hold 3 safety events with roughly 33%, 75% and 90% capacity... 90% capacity match they said may be the FA Cup FInal... certainly wont be a competitive England match as there aint none until next September!
