Was into the big wheels, low as feck thing for a while but now I'm into function over form. Would rather have a 200bhp car that looks like fuck all.

Less is definately more with the modding scene these days, its all about the subtle/simple touches now, not how much fibreglass you can graft on to a hatchback!!

dont really see how you can say that. at max 06, nearly every car is kitted. was loads of corsas n almost all with big kits!!! dont see why just because people dont like something they have to slate it they can still apreciate it!!

It's all down to growing up too.

You think after a few years.. Why on earth was i out in my car..in the same car park.. 24.7... when there SO MUCH ELSE in life out there!

why not have best of both?? power and looks,, nothing worse than a good looking car thats gutless except maybe having a hugely powerful car that the shitiest looking of a cruise, loadsa power means nothing when parked up

the big jap boys seem to manage having big power with bodykits and im sure if a 600bhp skyline or supra can manage to have huge bumpers without ripping them off then a 200bhp corsa could

saying that im old now so dont listen to me

i was at one point into the whole max power look, thankfully i grew out of it at the age of 15

hate all big body kitted cars, most look tacky and i never think they suit the car

subtle styling, make it look clean and tidy

i much prefer subtle cars now, still love my smoothing etc etc. but lets be honest without big kits etc the modified world would be a VERY dull place
