buy a 1.4 8v mpi engine, drop it in there and get more money back, sorted!

unless u bought the car cheap which is fair enough!

i paid £3600 for the car 5yrs ago when it had 33,000miles on it, have done well from it, not fussed about fixing it (i wouldn't/couldn't know how)

just got to get rid now, am sure its not worth scrapping as interior and most of exterior is pretty tidy

Its worth a few hundred in bits, but then you need to faff about doing the actual strip. Alternatively you can drop another engine in and get a grand for it. Lees offer is fair, I would take that.

people wouldn't of paid £1k when it was working

i put it up for sale over a 1yr ago at £850 no one was interested.

i haven't got time/space to mess about with it

have started to clean it up and gonna get pics for Lee and Beardy asap
