Yes as graeme says the chevette is now road legal and finished and to test it I decided the best way to test the finished product was to take it on a 1000 mile road trip to the best track in the world..... the nurburgring!!! So me and a few friends jumped on a ferry and headed over, had a great week with good beer, food and most of all amazing roads especially the track this was the 4th time I have been but it is still such a pleasure each time. So I drove the car hard tested the full capabilites and it didnt let me down once. So I was very happy all I need to do now is sort the set up out get the carbs and ignition tuned on the RR and have some fun. Here are a few pics of the trip and also a short video of me enjoying a tunnel.

Setting up camp, rear wheels were to make the journey a little more comfortable on my ears and wallet!!!

The roads

Chevette in the weeds

in the ring car parl

in the german countryside

me on the ring

Andy Andy Andy, brilliant brilliant brilliant.

So good to see her done.

I still love her.

What a little cracker.

She puts me in mind of a mini Mad Max car.

Really REALLY well done sir.
