First chance ive had to upload the pics, so here goes.
The stadium looks immense from the outside, sooo much bigger than highbury
Amazing feeling when you walk through the tunnel and come out into the stadium, just pure space, looks sooo cool.
Our seats were pretty close to the pitch, row 6 so watching the game was quite hard, but cant complain because the tickets were free. The seats are the comfiest ive sat in at a match, plenty of legroom and your not hitting elbows with the person next to you.
But anyway, heres the pics.

To be fair the away fans were amazing, signing the whole match, even starting at 3-0 down. They threw a bottle at us, so we threw it back an then the police jumped in

really should have advertising boards round the concrete bits would make a lot of extra revenue

Edd - I thought that, but i think the reason they havent is because people hang their flags over the edge of the tiers, dont think the sponsors would be impressed if their boards are covered up?
Or maybe they are yet to finish them, not sure, but i do think it looks a little unfinished without anything there

will tell you the best idea then dave
the man that designed highbury also designed Ibrox (archibald leitch)
his trademark was a lattice design teh should put that round as a nod to the great man

AND the guy who done that ground, is doing Southend's
One thing I thought was a little wrong, as did my mates was the fact there is a big old distance from the stand to the goals at either end.

Greg - Its not far at all to the pitch I was in the front rows
Edd - We will see what happens with them, but it does look odd. Maybe theyl just put Arsenal crests on them

Oh thats random, because I thought it when I saw it on tv last night.... Then said the same to the guys here at work today (who was at the game) and they said the same thing.
