Mine only went in for a new air con compressor pipe.

i had corrado serviced the other day and it had done an extra mile, but it was his old car so i didn't mind, i know he'll look after it

Poor Rach, prolly did it cos they knew she was a girl and could get away with it. Get her to write a big worded letter and make a BIG complaint to the branch manager. Unacceptable IMO
