To be honest, I only finished it this week, so couldn't really comment I'm afriad.
The wall tiling in the shower & bath have white grout and thats easy enough to keep clean.
I have however seen floors with white grout that gets a little uncoloured round the toilet - probably from piss-splashes! ha ha  BUT, I think in a house, you're a bit more careful. Plus, we never normally have shoes on in the house, so no risk of the tiles gettin mud on them.
I suppose if it came to the worst.. it wouldn't be too hard to re-grout.
