its still around



tested the hotair gun on the sound deadning.... works a treat but leaves great deal of icky pish.... which gunk engine degreaser takes off nicely



also started work on relocating the battery and expansion tank.








and some token gesture random pish

just bolted it for now. Idealy needs some bracing or larger washers as i'm not convinced that it wouldnt fly through the front fenster given a big enough impact

anyone know the hose diameter for the bottom pipe off the expansion tank?

Go for something that will bolt between the holes in the bonnet and follow the hinge downwards, where you should also bolt it. I'm not entirely clear how much room there is, but I would be concerned that the brackets are sufficiently well triangulated against the hinge.

all sound deadning is out, and drivers front side has been 'cleaned' of sticky residue. Blergh!!

Routed the live cable to the rear battery.

Fitted TB baseplate, and foam dome filter for now. Will need to exchange sealed airbox or try and fit baseplate upside down hummm

Move expansion tank about 15cm to the right.
