PVD went bust purley because Pete wanted to show off all the time, and spent out much more money than was coming in...
Vicki was the level headed one, she wasn't aware of Petes spending.
Basically, Pete ruined PVD. It was a VERY good company turning over £1 million per year. Pete just screwed it totally up with over spending on things he didn't need (like 4 company cars, 1st class travel everywhere opposed to normal class, the biggest most expensive hotels etc. Such a shame
He owed over £300,000, but i still see Powertec are trading. Presume PEte handed that to PiperX as part of the debt he owed (Along with C3RSA).
Petes still in hiding, and Vicki, well i feel very sorry for Vicki. Not seen her since either.

How come Pete and Vikki are in hiding? Did they owe alot of people money?
I brought a few things from PVD when i 1st got my corsa and they seemed a good place. They showed me round C4, which when i went had been broken into and the amps and tv stolen.

Yup, PVD took in over £1million per year, hence why i say it was a GREAT businees, but Pete screwed it up.
TBH, Vicki it the innocent victim in this, its entirely Petes fault. Petes owes/d a lot of people money, but they won't get it back. You could even buy PVD now and re-start trading (but with their rep, would you want to? We considered it as we had all of Petes suppliers contacts ).
Everything was good about PVD bar one of the directors. That 1 person demolished the whole company.

No Donna had an insight into the books which is a good indication of how poorly and badly run a business is.

An accountant can only advise when someone is doing something wrong its the free will of the business owner what to do with their business depeninding on the stakeholders powers etc

AS Fad said, as an accountant you can only advise. Donna made Pete perfectly aware of the sh1t he was causing, but Pete wouldn't listen to ANYONE about anything. Pete knew best.......
IF your reading this Pete, CLEARLY NOT. Maybe you should start listening to your friends before getting all mouthy about you knowing best.......
Donna told him what he had to do, but Pete ignored it.
Fad - Donna didn't have an insight, with all due respect, she kept PVD alive for the last few months and took care of all of PVD.... She done everything account wise for PVD. Petes idea of orgenisation was everyones invoices, paperwork all over his floor etc.
My personnal issues with Pete only Donna, Pete and I know about and no-one else will.
