1.8 should be under 2k with 1 yrs ncb, they are grp 9 and you wouldnt get a 1.4sxi+ for 4-4.5k

its £2136 from tesco if i insure it from my mums. If i insure it under the address of my flat, its gonna be nearer to £4000. When i tried out the skoda, it was £1200 difference between addresses!! It doubled!

I wanted a 5dr

The 3dr Corsa did my head in, I always had to wait for passengers to get in!

corsa doesn't suit 5 doors at all, although the corsa C looks better than the B - still great but better.....punto looks ok with 5 doors tho I think.

Can get a nice 307 for 4K. Have you consider going diesel?

I'm looking into it. There's 0.1 difference in 0-60 times of the 1.4 and the 1.9TDi. Insurance is very similar too, although the diesels seem more expensive to buy. Gonna look into MPG figures
