it all depends on who decides if they 'want' to play on the day, henry has been average lately n quite frankly were not used to that adebayor is dog shit the guy is always off side n does no 'off the ball' running etc. but if we go out to win n have some fight in there blood unlike at westham, i cant see why we cant pull a win on sunday

2-1 arsenal

Its like Andy just said if henry plays as he should be then he can do some damage, but i think if Gerrard and Alonso can play like they should be they'll also do some damage.

I think this could be one of the best games of the season if all of the players mentioned 'show up and play'

to be fair the result doesn't really bother me. Of course I'd like to see Arsenal win but I can't influence the outcome

If it's an entertaining game that'll do me

exactly my point. After Chelsea we have the best squad. Man Utd dont have strength in depth, and neither do Arsenal.

Im not talking about past seasons Marcus, Im sayingt his season we have more quality in depth than Utd or Arsenal do. Name your starting 11 and then the second 11 which is better than these...

Reina
Finnan, Carragher, Hyypia, Riise
Gerrard, Alonso, Sissoko, Gonzalez
Kuyt, Crouch

and

Dudek
Peltier, Agger, Paletta, Aurelio
Pennant, Zenden, Garcia, Kewell
Bellamy, Fowler

And that isnt including other senior players like Warnock, and any of youth team players which won the Youth Cup last year.

Arsenal have better players, the geriatrics ward in a hospital has more experience they won't be winning many trophies though.

Your playing one of the best central midfielders in the world out of position, Sissoko is not the finished article, you still dont know what your best back four is, Fowler is a novelty and Bellamy has been poor so far.

Arsenal have the better squad.

You having a laugh, you obviously dont watch many Liverpool games.

Gerrard wants to play in an attacking role, he gets played on the right hand side (although he doesnt stick there, he roams all over the pitch which is the idea)) so he doesnt have any defensive duties. And this can only be achieved by having Alonso and Sissoko in the middle to pass the ball out (Alonso) and do the defending duties (Sissoko). There is a reason Gerrard had one of his best seasons last year, and that was being on the right and scoring 23 goals!

And as for back 4 we do know the best. The only problem at the moment is limiting Hyypia to certain games as his pace (the little he had) has totally gone now but his positional play is still excellent. And his replacement, Agger, is still only new to the English game so needs to be brought into it slowly...you dont just throw a young central defender in and expect him to perform week in, week out.

Can Liverpool do any wrong in your eyes?

In my opinion Arsenal and Manchester Utd have far better squads than liverpool do. The acid test is ask yourself this question if you were to merge the 2 starting 11s how many players would come from each team. There's not many from Liverpool in mine anyway.
