After changing all them bits I would go about changeing the loom sounds like its been wired by a bodge artist.
Seriously I dont think it would talk much ££ to fix it just got to be able to get it transported to someone.
Dan (j100rsa) seems to be the closest person to you and seems to know his stuff.

Id take it back to whoever did the conversion, as they clearly haven't done the job properly.
If they refuse to or can't id ask for my money back.
Then take it over to Lee on here and let him sort it. Rent a trailer for £50 for a weekend, get a frirend with a tow hook and get it sorted!
No point giving up now!
Good luck!

will it stall even if you keep the throttle open abit ? IE, keep the revs up, or does it stall regardless of the revs?

checked for vaccume leaks? cleaned and checked the gaps on the spark plugs?
my bmw does the same thing with a split vaccume hose on the inlet boot, over fueling,
someone i know's skyline dies like it after fitting a huge turbo and not mapping it properly, fueling issues again
