Well not much has happened at all since the last post, I was unsure wether or not to sell and buy something more grown up
Now decided to keep it, so ordered some -90mm springs from Dave A with the help of Novaneil. Hopefully this will be the start of a few more updates in the near future
Planning on keeping it tidy and clean

So the 90mm springs arrived thought would give them a try
Before :
And fitted:
Not quite as low as I was expecting, although there out again. I need some shortened shocks from V-sport as the springs would fall out over large bumps

the springs would need time to settle mate. usually hels going down a country road with loads of bumps to let the springs adjust.
shortened shocks are possibly why it's not as low as it's meant to be

Yes mate, I am also thinking the shocks could be the reason for it not being as low as expected. Am going to order them next week so will update when they are fitted

Cheers mate, after the new shortened shocks which I will order next week. I will be on the look out for a XE, plan is to do a rebuild on it, repaint it all up making it look nice and tidy.
As for the outside not much, I want to keep it tidy looking possibly get the plastics painted black and remove rear wiper

just sayin in pauls thread, duno why its not lower, i def think mine were 100mm rear springs after seeing everyone elses 90mm springs, shortened shocks may help but mine were just normal spax shocks.

Did you mean neils thread?
I was expecting it to be lower to be honest too, altho with the new springs it does sit nice and level so not too unhappy.
And have to say John yours looked fantastic! very good job
