it does

i always thought the air goes to those vent thingys in the dash. i think the inlet manifold fills up with water from the washer bottle. this is why you should never let your washer bottle get empty. inlet manifold could dry up

water is made up of 2 elements Hydroden and oxygen, though i dont think they will have seperated in this case

the air from the airbag is re-routed via a vtec/warp 10 manifold which bypasses the mainframe into the inlet.

dumbass question dude, it's called the INLET for a reason, and i'll give you a hint what it INLETs to the engine - it isn't water, fire or earth

and WHY, seriously WHY do you want to clean it?!...you hoping that the suds of fairy washing up liquid will not only keep your hands soft but will give you a few more horses?!?!
