If you play with someone else on insane mode it just means you have to revive them less. If you work together it's actually pretty easy.
Steve and I unloaded 2 full clips into a locust and he last about 3 seconds : lol : went flying backwards as well

i know the ai is a bit shit sometimes.
On Insane you have to shoot them in the head to take them down as quick as possible. Alternatively you can shoot them in the knees and they'll drop to the floor where you can then finish them off

Can anyone help me?! I'm stuck trying to kill some big boss thing when I'm on the train with my mates in the helicopter? If that makes sense?
I used all of my ammo (660 bullets) on him, plus a few frags and some shotgun rounds and he still didn't die. Then as soon as I move those weird flying things kill me.
Anyone help, please?!!!

here's what you need to do Arnie...
You can't hurt General RAAM when he has those birds flying around him. You need to get rid of those You can do this by throwing a frag grenade or firing an explosive arrow from the Torque bow.
When the birds fly away, unload some clips into him (preferably his face). Remember to do this from behind cover
The birds might fly at you at this point, just make sure you're in cover where there is light and they won't hurt you.
When the surround him again, toss another grenade his way. Repeat the process 
When he is low on health you'll see loads of birds (The Kryll) fly up into the air. At this point RAAM is probably quite close to you. Dive out of cover and sprint to the other end of the cart (again making sure you keep in the light otherwise you will get eaten). Take cover and start firing on RAAM again.
This should do the trick mate the hardest part is keeping in the light when moving from cover to cover. Just use the dive button and you should be fine.

Forgot to mention, if you're doing this in Co-op mode its quite a good idea to wait until RAAM is in the middle of the cart, then one of you flank him and shoot on him from behind

Right, I'm getting fed up of this game now  I've tried doing this at least 20 times and everytime I try moving to cover I get killed either by those Kryll or his gun!
My other bloke aint no help either, he just runs about and gets himself injured and I can't go save him otherwise I die!
What am I doing wrong?!!

Scrap that, I finally did it! 
Gave it one last go and this time I stayed behind the first bit of cover instead of trying to move forward, a few frags and rounds of ammo and he was down!

Yeah it was pretty good, I don't normally complete games as I get bored halfway through them but now I'm completed COD3 and GoW
Russ - I tried that once but those flying things killed me instantly!

i hardly complete games either, i get hooked on them for a day or so then lose interest! Altho i will finish GoW as its going to be even easier now as ive played it online says i had it, so not going to be hard aiming vs AI lol

it's the same I did this act when trying out live coop for the first time. My teammate fell and got killed, I carried on 
The bit after that is fcuking tough  about 20 wretches come from nowhere and just run at you. I feel we will need a shotgun for that part...

me and this tard tried it with machine guns and sniper rifles, couldn't get past it. He gave up in the end and quit the session.
