I have actually seen the bumper that Stavs turned down, it wasnt bad at all, just needed a bit of minor cosmetic work and some clips attatched.

the person that was selling it is a great lad and I trust was 100% honest about the sale before you spent all that time travelling.

think it comes down to some people expecting cheap second hand goods to be totally perfect, they wont be.

mate the bumper is a fucking mess ! have you seen it in real life ? a bit of cosmetic work you might as well make a new one from fibreglass, it had 1 mount left from 9 ! no fogs and was repaired with a kitchen sink and pop rivits, he showed me a pic from about 2 metres away and yes i didnt look to bad, so i took the risk.

he never said it had snapped in half
he never said it has 1 mounting point
he never said it has no fogs
he said it was fully repaired and looked really good...bloocks it might aswell been thrown away

the only reason i re posted is cos he is calling me the badger! errrrrrrrr no i lost a smooth bumper, irmy splitter, fuel, days wage, etc etc

so no he is not 100% my arse

Looking about again for others... possibly buying one off a different member, in a much better condition. I've got no problem with the member... But at the end of the day it is a twat to sort out, and would rather buy an intact one and spend the extra pennies. But I havnt said im not buying it yet..
