my 106gti which is totally standard would beat a pologti let alone if it were throttle bodied

i raced a few 106 gti's in my polo gti ,,, the 106's were modded with cams and filters and mine was standard and tbh they dont gain that much

106's just feel alot faster but they aint that quick

polo gti anyday of the week better build quailty and more reliable and you wont lose as much money

also think a polos a bit safer when you crash but just personal experance lol

i might have got lucky and got a bigger bhp polo, if u ask on uk-polos.net they will back me up on this . . . polos arnt ment to but they sometimes come with diff bhp's, a guy had his rolling roaded and it came out at only 105bhp and one guy had his rolling roaded and it came out at 138bhp standard, they r ment to be 125bhp...so who knows

dont matter what they feel like, stats show they are faster in every respect,

920kgs 120-130bhp standard

compared to

1090kgs and 120bhp

lol yea they handle alot better i give them that ... dont agree with the boaty comment of the polo tho even as standard mine handled pretty well before i hit ice lol!!

your older do you want a tin can with thousands of rattles and problems

oh and 106 gti's dont handle that well standard

rolling roads over and underread all the time mate, you can never take what they say as gospel

even if you did have 138bhp (which i doubt) compare that to 160 bhp and 920kgs for a tb'd 106

i agree with u my 106 handled so much better ! but when i had my wide 15s on my polo it wasnt far behind in handling terms

a tb'd 106 will push more than 160bhp!!! a cmmed one with headwork, 4 branch and de cat is 160bhp.
